**About the role**
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Care Manager to join an outstanding residential aged care facility in Waratah, Newcastle, NSW.

We are looking for an individual with motivation and drive, knowledge of ACFI and accreditation standards, and experience with budgetary control to join the team to maintain services and values by promoting best practices. This position would be well suited for that person wanting to take the next step in their career.

**Successful applicants will possess**:

- Current registration with AHPRA
- Managerial experience in an Aged Care setting
- Experience leading other clinicians
- Ideally aged care experience, however open to hospital space where they have led units
- Need to have had CCC or CCM experience in aged care
- Strong leader - provides education, sets expectations, has confidence
- Ability to successfully lead and motivate a team
- Sound has proven written and verbal communication skills
- An excellent understanding and working knowledge of ACFI and Accreditation
- Comprehensive computer skills
- Full rights to work in Australia
