**What we are looking for**:
Tinybeez Education & Care Claremont is looking to welcome a Diploma Qualified for our Boo Book Room (6 months-2 years) who has at least 3 years experience working with the age group and has experience in writing curriculum.

This is a fantastic opportunity to set the culture in the centre, create your own room. Its a very exciting opportunity for someone who has run a room before and would like a new challenge. At TinyBeez we are inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach and so an understanding of this practice will be highly regarded.

**As a Diploma Qualified you will be expected to**:

- Manage the room
- Implement and document daily curriculum, observations and goals based on the children's interests and developmental needs
- Have knowledge on the National Quality Standards, and be able to implement this through your everyday practices
- Lead the planning and be a first port of call for your team.
- Delegating tasks to ensure all the educators are having the opportunity to grow in their profession.
- Support and mentor your team
- Demonstrate good relationships by working together.
- Have good knowledge of the EYLF and be able to document using the Early Years Framework

**Requirements**:

- 3 years of experience working in a childcare setting
- Applicants must hold a Diploma in Children's Services or approved Early Childhood Qualification by ACECQA
- Working With Children's Check
- First Aid with Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS

**Salary**: $56,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Claremont, WA 6010: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
