Right at Home is a leading In-home care provider in MacCarthur Area, NSW.

Our services include aged and disability care, transitional care, hospital in the home and palliative care.

We are currently seeking experienced Aged Care and Disability Support Workers to provide support to our aging clients or clients living with a disability.

**The successful applicant will be**:

- Emotionally aware, resilient and responsive to the changing support needs of our clients
- Sensitive and adaptable to client's different personalities, cultural backgrounds and family/ house dynamics
- Genuine, reliable workers with inherent integrity and respect for individual choice and client confidentiality
- Flexible availability including weekend work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $35.00 - $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Supplemental pay types:

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
