**Full-Time Practice Manager & Personal Assistant**

Mundaring Dental Centre is an accredited dental practice that has been serving the Mundaring area and surrounds for more than 30 years; we strive to provide quality dentistry and optimal patient care.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed and experienced Practice Manager to join our team on a Full-Time basis.

**The Role involves**:

- Manage a dental practice including Human Resources, administration and accounts
- Personal diary management of the Principle Dentist
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Lead a diverse Team of professionals through direction, support and guidance across multiple locations
- Show demonstrated ability in business development, sales, and marketing
- Rostering of support staff, clinicians
- Maintain and comply with Dental Health and Safety regulations, company policies and procedures
- manage practice budgets, production monitors and KPI‘s

This role will suit someone who is energetic, and is a true leader with a business savvy nature. In addition to this, you will hold the following experience:

- Previous experience as a Practice Manager in a similar setting
- Excellent IT knowledge with experience in D4W, Microsoft, Xero
- Infection control and sterilisation knowledge and skills.
- Demonstrate initiative, time-management and flexibility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- exceptional organisational skills with a positive, enthusiastic attitude towards work.
- Friendly personality with a professional manner.
- Team player with an ability to build rapport with patients, dentists and other co-workers.
- Understanding of business planning, financial management and service development
- Understanding of marketing including liaising with suppliers for website management and social media platforms
- comprehensive knowledge of Medicare, DVA superannuation claims

This is A Full-Time role with four weeks annual leave, and ten days sick leave.

remuneration is an hourly rate plus superannuation and yearly performance bonus.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Practice management: 2 years (preferred)
