**Your Role: Empower Families & Build Stronger Communities**
We are seeking a passionate and motivated **Caseworker** to support children, youth, and families in Southwest Sydney through **early intervention programs**. Your work will directly impact the lives of Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, and non-Aboriginal families, helping to create safer environments, stronger connections, and better futures for children.
**You will**:
- Provide tailored casework and case management to families in need
- Conduct risk assessments and home visits to ensure family safety
- Facilitate parenting programs that encourage positive change
- Support children and young people in overcoming challenges
**About You**
You are a dedicated and proactive professional, passionate about making a difference in the lives of families and children. You’ll bring:
- A **Bachelor’s degree** in Social Sciences or a related field
- **At least 1 year** of experience working with children, youth, and families
- A solid understanding of issues such as **child protection, domestic violence, and mental health**:
- A valid **Driver’s Licence** and **NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)**
