**DT Rustproofing **is looking for a Receptionist/Administrator and all-rounder to work in this friendly small family business.

We operate a **4 day work week (Mon-Thu) **and love work/life balance

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES **include but not limited to the following and other duties may be assigned:

- Answer incoming calls.
- Receive and direct customers and visitors.
- Manage bookings.
- Prepare daily work orders for the rustproofers in the workshop.
- Check cars in and out of workshop as required - vehicle intake and exit administration.
- Completion of errands and other duties as required.
- Light cleaning duties/maintaining appearance of office and kitchen.
- Some PA tasks.

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**
- Good computer skills
- Good communication skills

**ABOUT YOU**
- Positive attitude
- All-rounder

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- BUDERIM, QLD 4556: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service (preferred)
- MS Office (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
