Happy Harmony House is a leading NDIS provider dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities. We are currently seeking compassionate, committed, and experienced Support Workers to join our team. If you're passionate about making a real difference in people's lives, we’d love to have you on board

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care and assistance to NDIS participants in their homes and community settings.
- Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, and household tasks.
- Support with bowel care, including enema administration.
- Safely operate hoists and assist with transfers.
- Build and maintain positive, respectful relationships with participants.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and individualized care.
- Encourage independence and support participants in living life to its fullest.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Must reside within the Ashgrove area or be within a 20-minute commute.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience with hoist training and bowel care, including enema administration (preferred but not essential).
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours based on participant needs.

Pay: $49.70 - $62.92 per hour

Expected hours: 49.70 per week
