Your role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to lead and inspire our manufacturing team at our Shepparton site. This pivotal role is responsible for driving a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence across all production areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) regulations and standards.
- Ensure products meet quality specifications and standards.
- Monitor daily production targets and support Team Leaders in achieving KPIs.
- Drive CI initiatives to improve output, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency.
- Manage labour schedules, overtime approvals, and leave planning to meet budget targets.
- Collaborate with Planning, QA, and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a leadership role within FMCG manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of production processes and safety standards.
- Formal Lean/Continuous Improvement certification.
- Experience with GMP/HACCP standards.
- Hands-on leadership style with mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
