**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead the Practice**: Oversee all aspects of practice management, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- **Drive Results**: Focus on KPIs, performance metrics, and practice goals, pushing for continuous improvement and growth.
- **Recruitment & Training**: Lead recruitment efforts, onboarding, and ensure comprehensive training for new staff.
- **Payroll & Financial Management**: Oversee payroll, financial planning, and collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets.
- **Compliance**: Ensure the practice adheres to all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining up-to-date compliance practices.
- **Foster Team Collaboration**: Promote a culture of teamwork, providing support and encouragement to our clinical and support staff, while ensuring high morale and motivation.
- **Build Relationships**: Develop strong relationships with both staff and patients, creating an environment of trust and open communication.
- **Conduct Engaging Meetings**: Lead team meetings, share insights, and keep the team focused on achieving shared goals.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **5+ years’ experience** as a Practice Manager in a dental practice
- Proven track record in **people management**—you can interact with people at all levels, building strong rapport and promoting a positive, collaborative team environment
- A **results-driven mindset**—you love working with numbers and are passionate about achieving goals and exceeding expectations
- Excellent **communication skills**, with the ability to listen actively and adapt your style to different individuals and situations
- A **strong work ethic**—you’re punctual, reliable, and take ownership of your responsibilities
- **Empathy and initiative**—you understand the needs of both the team and patients, and are proactive in solving problems before they arise
