Due to continued growth we are currently recruiting for an Associate Director in either our Melbourne or Sydney office, with focus on Delivery Confidence Program Assurance for a range of different sectors. Our Delivery Confidence capability is part of a suite of offerings within our Transformation Delivery team and is focussed on large and complex technology enabled programs. This role is ideal for an experienced consultant, service provider or program / technology delivery leader from industry with a proven track record in delivering technology enabled projects and programs. At KPMG you will have the opportunity to work on some of the largest and most complex technology enabled projects in the region, supporting our clients to digitise and transform their businesses.
**Your Opportunity**
As an Associate Director within our Transformation Delivery team, focussed on Delivery Confidence you will play a key role in:
- ** Business Relationships**: Playing an active leadership role in engaging and supporting our clients across a range of different sectors with their program delivery and program assurance needs
- ** Delivery**: Lead small to medium size teams to provide a range of program assurance services across complex and technology enabled programs
- ** Business Development**: Foster internal and external networks bringing your insights and experience to identify client needs and contribute to business development activity
- ** Leadership**: Bring deep program and technology delivery experience and use this to provide direction and training to team members and inform client decision making

- Solid experience in leading and supporting technology enabled programs as either a consultant or within an organisation, with the ability to meet deadlines on multiple client engagements
- A background across one or more of the following sectors Corporates, EMP ( Energy, Mining & Property), IGH ( Infrastructure, Government, and Healthcare) as either a consultant / service provider or a within the industry itself
- Ability to build robust relationships at all levels, internally and externally
- Excellent leadership, teamwork and communication skills (both written and verbal)
**Qualifications**:
- Appropriate qualifications including a degree in a related discipline
- Certification or working knowledge of program management methodologies such as PRINCE2 and SAFe
