**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager - Trades Development
**,** the Trades Product Specialist will work collaboratively across the portfolio to support significant sales growth, member value and financial performance. This includes Emergency Home Assist, RACV Trades, Property Inspections as well as other emerging products and services. The Product Specialist has a key area of responsibility to drive measurable business outcomes as well as a strong role to play across the Home Trades portfolio and broader Home Division.

This role has a strong focus on supporting the delivery of both product enhancements to the existing portfolio as well as bringing new products to market (from opportunity identification to business case, to product launch etc). The position requires portfolio performance management across pricing, product profitability, customer experience and requires strong stakeholder engagement and management across Fulfillment, Marketing, Sales & Service Channels, Digital and Trade delivery partners.

Key responsibilities of the role:

- Contribute to the management and improvement of the key product metrics of RACV Trades across:

- Revenue growth
- Job volumes
- Repeat purchase rates
- Cost per Acquisition
- Channel conversion
- Cross-sell leads and conversions
- Product awareness
- Net Promoter Score
- Operational SLAs
- Monitor product, market performance and customer feedback to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Coordinating marketing activities (e.g. research, product positioning, value proposition development, campaigns) and manage the delivery of key marketing and media content.
- Development and co-ordination of acquisition and re-targeting programs
- Implementation of product enhancements
- Financial forecasting and business planning support
- Maintain a centralised knowledge base and product roadmap

**What you’ll need to be successful**
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant business discipline such as commerce, law, economics, science, engineering or marketing
- Experience in product management and/or product development
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent written communication
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Relationship management
- Innovative thinker and problem solver
- Project management experience
- Deal with complexity and prioritisation
