**Assistants in Nursing **to join the team at
**Coledale Hospital. **Various Part Time, Temporary and Casual opportunities are available.
**What you'll be doing**
The Assistant in Nursing is an integral part of the multidisciplinary health care team, working under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse. The Assistant in Nursing will support and provide quality care for patients/clients.
**Where you'll be working**
Coledale Hospital specialises in aged care services for the Northern Illawarra. It has a purpose-built unit for patients awaiting nursing home placement. Coledale Hospital was opened in 1917 as a result of the efforts of local miners and townspeople who wanted a hospital to service the medical needs of local miners.

**COVID-19 Vaccination Compliance**
All NSW Health workers are required to have completed an up-to-date course of a COVID-19 vaccine (3 doses for Category A roles, 2 doses for Category B roles) which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.
Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Please provide proof of vaccination if available.
