**About the Opportunity**

We are currently **seeking five passionate and experienced Lifestyle Attendants to expand our Supported Independent Living team** within the southern suburbs of Adelaide.

The role will encompass approximately 30 hours a week, with passive nights as a requirement. You will be part of a collaborative team, delivering individualised and flexible support to make a positive impact and enhance the quality of life for our customers.

**About You**
The successful applicant will show the following desired attributes:

- Able to show initiative and work successfully both in a team environment and autonomously.
- Demonstrate experience in supporting people with Intellectual disabilities and a sound knowledge of supporting people with challenging behaviors is essential.
- Passion, professionalism and integrity within their role
- Flexibility to cover teammates when sickness or leave occurs.
- An interest or previous experience in behavior supports would be desirable.

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Current DHS Disability clearance or NDIS Workers Clearance (Working)
- Current WWC clearance/Child Related Employment Screening (Working)
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Desirable) or equivalent experience
- Current First Aid certificate (HLTAID003 or HLTAID011)
- Current CPR certificate
- Current Manual Handling certificate
- Driver’s license
- NDIS Orientation Module
- COVID-19 Infection Control Training
- As mandated by the Government of South Australia, all persons engaging in work or duties in the Disability sector must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) approved vaccine.
- Medication Administration Training
- Diabetes Management Training (desirable)
