
Preventative Health Support Officer

**About the role
The key responsibilities of the role include:
Register patient data onto relevant electronic databases and ensure patient data is updated in a timely and accurate manner.
Actively support the use of telecommunication technologies for the purpose of providing health care services across geographic, social and cultural barriers.
Ensure prospective patients have been placed on a respective waiting list, booked within the time frame indicated, and maintain this list by ensuring accurate and complete additions, amendments, ongoing verification and appropriate delegations
About you
Experience and demonstrated achievement in similar roles.
Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation, problem solving, oral and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritise and coordinate activities in a team environment to meet deadlines, and to be flexible in a changing work environment.
Ability in the use of Microsoft Office programs and the ability to acquire knowledge of relevant software packages (e.g. ieMR, Medi Records, ESM, HBCIS).
Mandatory Requirements:
Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
