The role is a **full time position** working Monday to Friday, with shifts between the clinic hours of **7:45am - 6pm**. We also offer **flexible rostering** options to work within your availability, like a 4 day work week or 9 day fortnight.

Role Overview:
As a **Medical Receptionist**, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
- Billing procedures - private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
- Building relationships with clerical and technical staff, referrers, and radiologists.
What we're looking for:
Clear verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service background.
Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
Prior experience in Medical Reception is beneficial, but isn't essential, as you will receive supportive training to learn our systems and build a foundation of radiology knowledge. We recommend learning more about what we do here.
