**The important details**:

- STEM Experience Officers are visitor-facing team members, and can be rostered to work across a 7-day roster (8:30am - 5pm)
- You will be on your feet all day talking to visitors, and physically delivering science activities and spaces
- You will receive training, get to work in an inspiring and safe workplace, and will develop your expertise in delivering engaging STEM experiences and inquiry-based learning models
- You will lead a team of visitor experience professionals who help to deliver exceptional experiences
- Experience in education, science communication, children's programming or museums is preferred.
- Pay range: Casual hourly rate is $52.25 (AO4)
- Applications will remain current for a period of up to 12 months and may be considered for other vacancies (identical or similar).
- Prior to appointment, current and previous public sector employees are required to disclose any history of serious disciplinary action in accordance with section 71 of the Public Sector Act 2022.
- All employees are required to disclose any interest/s that conflict, may conflict or may be perceived to conflict with the discharge of their duties in accordance with section 182 of the Public Sector Act 2022.
