**About the company**:
Our client is one of Australia’s leading rural veterinary businesses made up of 70 business sites as part of a team of over 1000 dedicated professionals. Situated in their Bendigo Head Office, they are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join their dynamic team.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, and leading a team that is the first point of contact for all customer relations, your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Supervising a small customer service team of five, that liaise and supports key stakeholders, internal and external, at all levels of the organisation - feedlots, veterinary clinics, farms etc.
- Monitoring workflow processes, work distribution, and general business enquiries from other internal departments.
- Working across multiple shared inboxes, while actioning and resolving any complaints and/ or issues professionally.
- Coaching, mentoring, and training the team where required, having a hands-on approach to team development.

**To be successful in this role you will possess the below**:

- A minimum of five years’ experience in a Team Leader position, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in the Veterinary or Animal Services industry is highly desirable.
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service to internal and external company stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines and targets.
- Strong emotional intelligence, with the capacity to performance manage where necessary.
