Imagine Childcare and Kindergarten Coburg is seeking Assistant Educators to join our passionate team Permanent and casual positions available.

**The role**
- Your passion and enthusiasm will see you assisting to lead a classroom by effectively engaging with educators, families, children and the wider community to implement the educational program and experiences to meet the individual needs of the children
- You will have a strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- You will work at all times in compliance with Government Regulations and centre policies and procedures to meet high quality standards
- You will network with relevant stakeholders in the local community
- You will have confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families
- You will have the ability to contribute to the documentation of the children's skills and interests that include a clear cycle of reflective practice

**Selection Criteria**
- Diploma or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA
- Minimum 12 months experience in an early childhood setting (preferred)
- Current approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications
- Current Working with Children Check
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent understanding of the VEYLDF and NQF

**Salary**: $24.79 - $37.04 per hour
