Aurora Early Education Doncaster are looking for a Diploma qualified, hard working, experienced and fun **Childcare Room Leader (Group Leader)** to join our team on a **full time** basis.

Aurora Early Education, founded by a mother-daughter duo, is an early education service that aims to 'exceed' in all areas of service. - Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA assessed qualifications or equivalent.
- 2 years industry experience in a similar role preferred
- Current working with Children Check
- Current Police Check
- Current First Aid and Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
- Knowledge in NQS, EYLF/VEDYLF, practice principles and reflective practices.

**At Aurora, you will be supported to**:

- Engage with children, creating learning opportunities and a safe environment for them to grow
- Run a room program that focuses on the individual learning and care needs of all children in your room
- Create observations and other documentation to link children's learning to the NQF and EYLF.
- Guide and mentor other Educators in your room in their professional development and growth
- Communicate and build strong relationships with families
- Work collaboratively with our leadership and management teams to better further the overall quality of the service
- Build your professional development and industry knowledge

Salary Offered: $73,000 to $78,000 p/a + Super

Pay: $73,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- CPR Certification (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
