Our large NSW State Government client provides vital programs and services designed to help vulnerable children, young people and their families, empowering them to live fulfilling lives and achieve their potential in inclusive communities.

**About the Role**
They are currently seeking Administration Support Officer to join their growing team in Burwood with the flexibility to work remotely from home. This is an estimated 3-months temp assignment, strong potential to extend

Working within the Housing, Homelessness and Disability Business Unit, you will be required to provide a wide range of administrative and business support services to achieve organisational objectives

In this role you will be responsible for but not limited to the following
- Deliver high level professional frontline customer service
- Prepare matters for hearing including arranging papers for committee members, notifying parties, arranging interpreters and travel arrangements for clients with special needs
- Generate routine correspondence
- Monitor and action case management activities ensuring objectives are being met, escalating where required, reporting delays or obstacles
- Records and database management ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide a wide range of client support to the Committee including hearing function
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements

**About You**
To secure this opportunity you will have
- Administration or Business Support experience
- Previous experience working within a sensitive/complex environment advantageous
- Demonstrated Housing, Disability, Community or Social Services industry experience
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise competing deadlines
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Fully COVID Vaccinated or Medical exemption
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
