**Medical Reception Position**

**Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm**

Responsibilities would include:
Front desk administration (answering phones, making appointments, processing claims and payments)

Liaise with patients and their families, GPs, other health professionals and their staff in a compassionate manner.

Scanning and updating all patient-related correspondence and results

All general reception, administrative and medical support duties as required

Provide ongoing support to GP and practice nurse as required

Be a friendly point of contact between patients and the clinical team

Ability to work independently and as a team

Essential Requirements:
Medical Receptionist experience preferred but not essential
Strong Customer Service Skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Close attention to detail
Confident in the use of technology
Show initiative and work productively within a team environment and maintain a great rapport with patients and colleagues.
Ability to multi-task and prioritise duties
Exceptional time management skills.

Covid Vaccination's are requirement in the health industry.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: $24.47 - $26.20 per hour

Schedule:
