**Your new company**

Our client is a leading provider of education and training solutions for the aged care sector. They help aged care leaders and staff develop the skills and knowledge they need to deliver high-quality care and services to older Australians. This Federal Government agency works with a range of clients, including government, peak bodies, and aged care providers of all sizes and types.

**Your new role**

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and growth of our flagship product. This is an online and offline sector education product that helps leaders build clinical and corporate governance capability. You will:

- Lead the development of a vision and strategy for the next phase of the product
- Align stakeholders around the vision, strategy and roadmap for the product
- Define key metrics for product success
- Develop and manage a product roadmap and backlog
- Gather, manage, and prioritise market/customer requirements
- Find ways to improve or grow the audience participation in the product (audience is aged care provider governing bodies, executives and all other leaders in the sector, including emerging leaders)
- Monitor product performance
- Test and monitor new product features
- Monitor competitors (suppliers of similar products)

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Proven experience in product management, preferably in the education or aged care sector
- Strong data analytics and customer insight skills
- Basic UX knowledge and design experience
- Familiarity with lean/agile product development methodology
- social media marketing and participant engagement communications skills (preferable)
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Passion for improving the quality of care and services for older Australians
