We are looking for a dedicated and outgoing person to join our Grace Dental Group family

Your purpose will be to represent Grace Dental Group as we work collectively to provide only the best service and quality care for all our patients. Our team at Grace Dental Group is like one big family, and we pride ourselves on making our patients feel at ease and part of the family too.

Located in the Sydney South Western suburbs, we have 3 amazing dental practices that are fully equipped with all the latest technology. Our branches are located in Green Valley, Bonnyrigg and Edensor Park.

You will:

- Have at least 1 year of previous customer service/reception experience (dental experience is beneficial but not essential)
- Be presentable and professional
- Be able to take initiative and work independently as well as in a team
- Be reliable, punctual and can work independently
- Have the ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Takes on criticism
- Enjoy meeting new people, and have excellent communication, phone manner and interpersonal skills, with an outgoing personality
- Be computer savvy
- Have experience in using Exact dental software would be ideal

Your duties will include (but not be limited to):

- Reception and telephone duties
- Coordination of the appointment books
- Liaising between patients, clinicians, suppliers, dental labs etc
- General admin responsibilities
- Maintaining the appearance of our reception and waiting rooms

**Salary**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edensor Park, NSW 2176: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Receptionist: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
