We are seeking positive and motivated technicians who love to solve problems and positively impact everyone that they deal with This role is ideal for those who consider themselves to be PC experts, with a great ability to diagnose the causes of PC issues, and how to fix them.

You will be expected to be organised, self motivated and outcome focused. You will be diligent with updating support tickets, while continuing to improve processes and the way we work. This will ensure our customers get an awesome experience and will be thrilled and have their rig back quickly and working better than ever.

**Responsibilities**
- Resolve customers issues while striving to continue to decrease turn around time
- Troubleshooting/Diagnosing problems, hardware replacements, RMA of faulty parts, bios and driver updates
- Communicating with customers about their problems and keeping them informed along the way
- Accurate note taking on tickets
- Collaborate with the Build and Test teams to ensure Aftershock maintains best practice and quickly remove from sale any components that don't seem to meet our high standards

**Requirements**:

- Expert level PC knowledge (including workstations) such as: components, how they interact with each other, how to diagnose when one isn't working as it should, how to fix the issue etc.
- Problem solver who can be resourceful while still working inside a process framework
- Organised, meticulously detailed, and still drives towards a quick outcome
- Positive attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
