Exciting opportunity to join Tweed Valley Hospital, a new, major referral hospital at the heart of the network of hospitals and health facilities across the Tweed-Byron region
The new state of the art facility includes:
- more operating theatres and recovery spaces
- expanded emergency department
- enhanced medical, surgical, and mental health services
- enhanced ambulatory care services including more outpatient clinics
- new interventional cardiology service
- new radiotherapy service as part of a new integrated cancer care service
**About the role**
Facilitating coordinated care for stroke patients presenting to health facilities within the Network. Leading the assessment, planning and evaluation of stroke care for the network ensuring compliance with best practice to achieve a coordinated patient journey from admission through to community reintegration.
