**What We Need**:

- **Essential**: Experience in gardening and **lawn mowing**, with your own commercial-grade tools and equipment.
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented with a positive work ethic.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Own transport (work van/ute) and trailer (ideal).
- Public Liability Insurance (min. $10 million) and an active ABN.
- Experience in lawn mowing, hedge pruning, weed spraying, leaf blowing, and green waste dumping.
- **Police check** required.
