**Experienced CUSTOMER SALES REPRESENTATIVE needed....could this be you?**

CGS Pharma is looking for an EXPERIENCED Customer Sales Representative to join the Team in 2025.

We are a contract manufacturer of food and health products, manufacturing for all the well-recognised brands in the health industry.

**Job Functions**

The main job function of the Customer Sales Representative is to manage all activities of marketing fields; including but not limited to closely coordinating with current and new clients on their product manufacturing requirements; facilitating sales/contracts with potential customers, and maintaining good working relationships with current customers to ensure continuous purchase orders of contract manufacturing jobs.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities Objectives**
- To oversee the timely implementation of the customer requirements
- To convert customer inquiries into Sales Orders
- To generate Sales from current and new customers
- To maintain superior customer service & communication
- To facilitate completion of Sales Orders within the agreed timelines.

**Responsibilities are as follows**
- Securing production contracts
- Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance
- Liaising between departments
- Reporting back to the board of directors
- Liaising with customers (which may include actual selling)
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s products or services
- Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing

The Customer Service Representative may also be involved with product development, identification of new business opportunities and the development of marketing strategies.

- Punctuality and reliability
- Time management skills i.e. able to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
- Ability to initiate and maintain customer contacts and relations for future business.
- QLD driver license holder (preferred)
- Knowledge or interest of the health industry (preferred)

Pay: $26.50 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cleveland QLD 4163: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
