This position is to answer inbound telephone inquiries and convert into sales in an accurate and timely nature which contribute to the effective running of the organisation.

**Specific activities of this role include**:

- To answer inbound telephone inquiries.
- Able to identify and understand the customer’s need and propose solutions.
- Convert sales orders to invoices.
- Cross check invoices.
- Maintain operational process by following policies and procedures.
- Complete Eftpos/Credit transactions.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**To be successful in this role the applicant will satisfy the following criteria;**
- Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels - written, phone and face to face.
- Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.
- Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
- Energy, commitment and drive: dedication to the role; willingness to show flexibility when required; enthusiasm for the role and company development.
- Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.
- Time management/organisation: accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner.
