**About the Company**
Davidson Technology are supporting a State Government Department, they are seeking a **A05 Program Controller** to join their team for an initial 12-month contract with potential to extend.

In this role you will be operating from within the Integrated Program team (Program) of the Enterprise Program Management Office EPMO, you will support the Program Director in the delivery of the stakeholder readiness stream.

This role has an ASAP start, with a Brisbane CBD location and the ability for 50-50 wfh capability.

**About the Role**
In this role you will be providing expertise and managing scheduling to meet the growing demands of project delivery across the organisations division.

Key responsibilities:

- Coordinate and administer project planning by collating information from contract documents, the project team, and other relevant sources into a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
- Develop a cohesive schedule/s and provide ongoing integrity maintenance of the schedule.
- Measurement and maintenance of project actuals against baseline.
- Monitoring and reviewing trends, activities, and variances in the schedules.
- Preparing highlight reports to provide overall performance updates/indicators on projects.
- Work with the Senior Program Controller to manage project meetings, minutes, and actions.
- Support the Senior Program Controller in administering and monitoring the master schedule.
- Development and maintenance of a suite of project management tools and templates.
- Contribute to projects to support the achievement of organisational operational objectives

**About You**
- Sound knowledge of Earned Value Methods: Planned Value; Earned Value; Cost Performance
- Indicators & Schedule Performance Indicators.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Word
- Proficient in Project Management tools, including MS Project and Planner
- Knowledge in Data and Digital ICT Products (MS Dynamics and Power BI)
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Sound interpersonal, communication and time management skills
