**About the Role**
A challenging and exciting opportunity has been created for a Commercial/Finance Analyst to join an PE backed business who are going through a huge growth period. Working closely with the Group FC, this role will be responsible for a range of activities predominantly associated with the analysis around M&A and Strategy within the business.

**Duties**
Your duties will include:

- Development of financial models
- Analysis of potential acquisitions
- Risk assessment
- Input into Due Diligence work
- Preparation and presentation of materials and papers
- Industry and market analysis
- Assist with project management
- Complete and standardise reporting to management on key ongoing projects
- Manage key internal stakeholders to ensure key management requirements are met
- Track and report M&A budgets to ensure projects are completed within the approved budget
- Complete quarterly sales/margin analysis and imbed the reporting tool within the business
- Complete quarterly market and competitor analysis
