The School of Applied Psychology is one of Australia’s leading schools in the discipline, known for its high-quality teaching, research excellence, and community impact.

As a Lecturer (Level B) - Psychology, you’ll make a vital contribution to both teaching and research within the School. Here’s how you’ll make it matter:

- Deliver engaging, evidence-based teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate psychology and counselling programs.
- Contribute to course and program coordination and maintain a strong focus on student-centred learning outcomes.
- Develop a high-quality, impactful research portfolio in the field of social, developmental or health psychology.
- Supervise honours and higher degree research (HDR) students to foster academic excellence.
- Engage with the broader community and industry to strengthen research collaboration and employability outcomes.

This is a continuing, full-time position based at Griffith University’s Gold Coast campus.
As Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across other campus locations.

Griffith University’s sites are located on the lands of the Yugarabul, Yuggera, Jagera, Turrbal, Yugambeh and Kombumerri peoples.

**Salary Range**
The full time equivalent base salary for an Academic Level B ranges $113,226 - $134,460 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $132,474 - $157,318 per annum.

You will also have:

- A PhD (or equivalent) in psychology or a related field.
- Research expertise in social, developmental or health psychology.
- Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality, student-focused teaching.
- Evidence of research productivity, including quality publications and potential for external funding.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a commitment to fostering positive student experiences.
