**About the Role**

This is a permanent position at 80 per fortnight within the Finance Department.

You will work in a small team dedicated to excellence, ensuring billing is completed correctly the first time, in an efficient manner.

Classification for this position will range from AO11 to AO15 (base salary $58,396 to $64,584 per annum, plus superannuation)

**What you’ll achieve**:

- Completion of daily billing tasks, achieving set key performance indicators
- Excellence in customer service

**Your skills and experience**
- Proven customer service focus
- Ideally, you will have an understanding of Medicare billing guidelines and requirements, private patient billing and private health funds
