As a key member of the Logistics leadership team, the Inventory and Process Excellence Manager will be a professional multitasker who will manage and oversee all aspects of inventory management across multiple sites while also ensuring processes within the operations are both efficient but even more so, compliant against our legislative requirements.
This role will need to be a blend of hands on with the teams across multiple sites, while also building strong relationships with stakeholders in other teams across the business.
- Align inventory and process management with Montu's logistics strategy, ensuring strategic objectives are met and contributing to organizational success.
- Implement and review processes regularly to uphold compliance with regulations governing controlled drugs, emphasizing safety and legal adherence.
- Oversee cycle count procedures, conducting thorough monthly site checks and promptly addressing any inventory errors to maintain accuracy.
- Coordinate stock movements between warehouses and third-party partners, ensuring smooth logistics operations and timely deliveries.
- Lead initiatives for new product launches and manage returns efficiently to minimize disruptions and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with controlled drug license requirements across all sites, addressing any gaps or issues promptly. Provide comprehensive training to warehouse teams on new processes and monitor adherence to ensure consistent implementation and operational excellence.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in warehouse or distribution center roles, managing employees and operations effectively.
- Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies, enabling efficient navigation of operational workflows.
- Proven ability to solve problems pragmatically, with a focus on finding effective solutions to challenges as they arise.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating collaboration across teams and with key stakeholders, including experience in virtual environments.
