We are looking for a highly motivated** Growth & Operations Manager** to join our team in Australia. In this role, you'll play a key role in shaping our operational strategies while driving growth in one of our most important markets. You'll work closely with our global team to optimize internal processes, enhance efficiencies, and contribute to our go-to-market strategies. Your primary objective will be to support our expansion in the ANZ market while improving overall operational effectiveness.

- ** Operational Excellence**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, identify automation opportunities, and enhance operational efficiency.
- ** Project Management**: Assist in the execution of high-impact projects that contribute to growth and process optimization.
- ** Cross-functional collaboration**: Work with teams across the globe to understand challenges, needs, and to deliver impactful solutions.
- **
Educational Background**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
- ** Problem-Solver**: Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and drive meaningful operational improvements.
- ** Data-driven**: Proficient in deriving insights from data to support business and operational decisions.
- ** Go-to-Market Expertise**: Experience or knowledge of 0-1 go-to-market strategies, with the ability to drive initiatives in new markets.
- ** Communication**: Strong communication skills; fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- ** Interest in Technology & Travel**: A strong passion for the intersection of technology and the travel industry.
