Parramatta Jaguar Land Rover is offering an exciting opportunity to be a part of a high performing and successful sales team as a** New Car Sales Consultant.**

Reporting to the New Car Sales Manager, you must have a desire to exceed customer expectations and enjoy going the extra mile for your customers. With strong interpersonal skills you will be proactive in establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships whilst growing the Dealership's customer base. As a member of a dedicated team, you will be a dynamic thinker and well versed in how to close a sale. With a confident manner, positive attitude, and a desire for success, you will be motivated to exceed set individual sales targets.

**To be considered for this role you will have;**
- Previous automotive sales experience (Experience with luxury automotive brands will be looked upon favourably)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A commitment to grow with the brand and company
- Well-presented and charismatic with an understanding and appreciation for the luxury market
- A pro-active, positive and professional approach to achieving sales objectives
- Fleet and/or retention experience is preferred but not essential
- A current driver's licence
