**About the Role**

Our Operations team is in need of a casual Warehouse Assistant who will be responsible for facilitating the smooth day-to-day operations of the ASI Warehouse moving stocks within and outside the warehouse, ensuring accurate documentation, labelling, storage and presentation of product and cleanliness of the warehouse premises.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Assisting the Warehouse Manager in carrying out daily warehouse functions such as:

- Picking and packing of goods,
- Loading/unloading of parcels and bulk freight either manually or by using lifting equipment.
- Receive / verify incoming materials by inspection of quality/condition and documenting distribution
- Packaging items to be shipped, stocking items after receiving
- Driving of forklift to pull items for shipping and for storage after shipping
- Performs paperwork for shipping and maintaining an inventory record
- Demonstrate and promote a proactive commitment to health & safety in the workplace.

**A bit about you**
- Current Forklift and Driver’s licence
- Previous experience as a warehouse storeperson or similar role
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage time and resources in a high energy environment
- High level of written and verbal English.
