**About the role**:
Own and be responsible for a diverse portfolio of customer operations, consisting of the Billing, Collections, Hardship, Payment & Refund functions across our Residential, Business (SME, C&I & Major), Authorised Dealer and Metered LPG customer base. The role is also responsible for Mandatory Communications and Fulfilment functions, including their associated relationships, on behalf of the LPG business.

- Manage a team of onshore and offshore people
- Be accountable to deliver on strategic objectives and operational targets of the portfolio
- Minimise revenue leakage
- Ensure bills are accurate and generated in a timely manner and collection of the billed revenue is within credit terms and bad debts are minimised.
- Provide monthly insight into portfolio performance which enables better governance, control, and reduces credit risk
**What will you bring?**
- Previous experience in a large organisation or similar industry within complex billing is essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills to optimise team relationships as well as those of key stake holders.
- High quality written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive approach to continuous improvement with a view to improve performance and drive down cost
- Degree qualified (e.g. accounting, marketing, commerce or business) or relevant quantitative discipline or relevant equivalent experience
