**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Senior Manager Home Energy Development and a member of the RACV Energy team, the Solar Campaigns Manager will play a pivotal role in driving RACV’s Solar marketing campaigns, communications and promotional activities.

Ownership of the RACV Solar marketing strategy, digital CX, sponsorship, events and promotions plan will require the Solar Campaigns Manager to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, including RACV digital development, marketing, analytics & insights, content development, residential and commercial sales and corporate communication teams, as well as with RACV Solar’s delivery arm, Home Trades Hub Australia (HTHA).

You’ll be instrumental in supporting our Solar Marketing Strategy, here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:

- Own the RACV Solar marketing strategy to achieve commercial and residential solar sales targets.
- Develop and drive the solar marketing, campaign and offer calendar and lead execution for go to market activity for residential solar, through the RACV marketing, digital and solar sales teams.
- Plan, scope, and lead the execution of marketing campaigns and product launches across multiple channels - digital, ATL, promotions and events.
- Monitor website performance and drive opportunities to improve UX & lead conversion.
- Plan and support the execution of events, sponsorships, and other local engagement activities
- Coordinate the delivery of an integrated communications plan with RACV marketing and media & communications. This includes but is not limited to internal & external comms activities, media production, content and social media activities.
- Partner with the commercial sales team to act as the conduit between commercial customers and RACV’s marketing & communication functions to deliver post-project activities (i.e. media releases, case studies).
- Monitor marketing investment phasing and make recommendations to optimise the allocation of the solar marketing budget.
- Initiate analysis of campaign outcomes and performance versus lead, sales & revenue targets to identify opportunities to optimise marketing and sales initiatives.
- Initiate market and competitor analysis (metro and regional), channel mix, promotions & events/sponsorships.
- Monitor and analyse campaign and promotions metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven marketing decisions.

**What you’ll need to be successful**
- Tertiary Qualified with a business or marketing degree.
- Minimum 5+ years solar marketing, campaigns and sales experience.
- A proven track record of driving growth, developing partnerships and delivering successful product marketing campaign launches
- Strong understanding of the residential and commercial solar market
- Strong track record in the development of marketing strategy development and implementation of go-to market and promotions plans
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and assess trade-offs effectively.
- Attention to detail, action orientated and exceptional time and prioritisation skills.
- Sound knowledge of business case development, strategic development and budgeting processes, with clear and concise business writing techniques.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt style to suit the audience and clearly articulate complex concepts.
- Sound financial skills and budgeting processes
