Community Connections Australia (CCA) is a NDIS and iCare accredited service provider that provides high quality and personalised supports for people living with a disability. CCA is looking for capable and talented individuals across the Greater Sydney area to join our team.

As a CCA support worker you will play an invaluable part in upholding our vision of supporting people to live independently in their own home, in the community of their choice and to receive the services they choose.

We are looking for like minded people - No experience necessary, we will assist you to learn about the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and provide you with a comprehensive on-boarding program and ongoing training and development in the Disability sector.

As a member of our support staff you will be required to support people in their own home or in the community. Some of the tasks you will be performing include: personal care, preparing and cooking meals, cleaning, transporting people to activities and appointments and general domestic assistance.

Essential requirements include:

- COVID Vaccination Certificate
- Willingness to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check on commencement with CCA
- Clearance to work in Australia
- NSW Drivers Licence and a reliable vehicle

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $38.00 - $48.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Clearance or willingness to obtain it (required)
