Sayers Sister in Highgate is chasing an experienced FOH Manager to assist management in overseeing all aspects of FOH with a smile and dash of common sense

ABOUT YOU:

- Barista experience essential (work independently on the machine, dial in, weigh shots, pump out quality coffee, latte art a bonus)
- Friendly, easy going and excellent communication skill
- Have great banter and chats with our regulars
- Approachable and able to delegate and manage FOH staff
- work well under pressure
- speedy worker without sacrificing quality
- Approved Managers certification
- Strong common sense

THE ROLE:

- FT position (salary based)
- Shift ranging between 6am - 3pm (no nights)
- Must be available one of the weekends
- Supervise FOH staff ensuring any issues be addressed
- Stock control and ordering
- Assist in rostering and handle training/recruitment of staff

Pay: $73,500.00 - $75,000.00 per year
