You will budget, drive profitability, and enable this studio to become the leading agency for environments both in Australia and globally. Clients can tap into services from any or all parts of the business - all parts are under one roof.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Managing Director to develop a compelling offer to the market.
- Develop and prepare strategic analysis for existing and potential client briefs.
- Provide insight and direction that leads to outstanding creative product.
- Grow existing and new client revenue.
- Actively engage and present ideas and portfolio to key prospects and be perceived as the ‘go to’ authority in the marketplace.
- Actively participate as a senior member of the management team.
- Develop and lead direct reports.
- Drive a positive culture within the collective and broader team.
- Strategically lead and direct new business development for your team to achieve new business targets.
- Lead, motivate, inspire, and provide clear directions for your team to optimise productivity levels.
- Nurture and develop the capacity and capability of the team to match and achieve growth targets.
- Achieve or exceed budgeted financial performance for the company.
- Protect, grow, and enhance the studio’s reputation.
- Actively foster and promote companywide collaboration on all projects and clients.
- Demonstrate leadership around accountability for yourself and your team around all aspects of responsibilities for the team.

Skills and Experience
- Experience in business/team management within the creative industry. Architecture, Interiors, and Environments preferred.
- A strategic mindset and passion for growth
- Previous experience with budgeting, forecasting, and managing a P&L
- Experience in & a passion for business development and networking
