We currently have an opportunity for a Contract Manager to join our Government and IFM team, based in Melbourne. This role will play an essential part in the delivery of energy efficiency retrofits, managing renter engagement, property assessments, and works delivery, while ensuring operational, legal, and contractual compliance through on-site service teams. Reporting into the General Manager you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

**What You’ll Do**

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

- Accountable for achieving contractual KPIs in safety, quality, compliance, and profitability.
- Delivers outcomes within budget and stretch targets while identifying opportunities for growth.
- Provides strong leadership to ensure contract sustainability and performance.
- Manage contracts within high-volume, service-based environments to ensure operational and commercial success.Negotiate and communicate effectively with internal executives and external stakeholders to represent company interests and build strong partnerships.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Extensive experience leading sustainability programs across diverse assets with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong background in high-volume, performance-based commercial models and government contracting.
- Senior management experience in large, outsourced service businesses across multiple sites and services.
- Proven ability to manage major subcontractors and deliver outcomes through collaborative, KPI-driven environments.Deep knowledge of governance, risk management, quality, and compliance systems and their implementation.
