Dollys Donuts is a destination for the whole family to enjoy the ultimate trio of hot fluffy cinnamon and specialty donuts, an array of delectable gelato and specialty coffee by our partner Zest coffee roasters. We are located in Glenbrook NSW and we have just secured our second location in Bowral, Southern Highlands.

We are on the hunt for a Venue Manager for our Bowral store location.

THE ROLE

As a leader in the business, you’ll be the one who makes sure everything runs smoothly
- from ensuring our customers leave with big smiles to leading a fun, hardworking team. You’ll oversee the stores day-to-day, keep the vibes high, and make sure everything’s running smoothly.

ABOUT YOU
- Leadership experience in retail or hospitality (bonus points if you have experience as a Barista)
- A people person
- class leading banter and ability to relate to and empathise with customers.
- A can-do attitude with a strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work under pressure calmly and professionally.
- At least one year experience in a similar role.
- This position is only open to applicants with permanent work rights in Australia or those holding an appropriate work visa for long term employment.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
