**About the business**
We are a privately owned and operated residential aged care home that has been operating in Forest Lake since 2000. Our mission is to help and support people to live their best lives and we are looking for people who are passionate about caring for the elderly

At Forest Lake Lodge, we adopt a holistic approach to caring for our residents. This means nurturing and supporting each resident's emotional, physical, spiritual and recreational needs and desires. We believe that all staff play a vital role in this and so we are looking for team members who can help us to achieve our mission.

We have lots of different cultures in our home and value everyone's individuality. Whilst definitely not mandatory, we would love to hear from you if you speak any level of Vietnamese.

**About the role**
- Permanent Full-Time.
- Earn more money through weekend work 50% Saturday and 75% loading on Sunday. You must have regular weekend availability.
- Work with and contribute to a fantastic team with a fun-loving atmosphere.

**About you**
- Technologically fluent.
- Confident and cheerful disposition.
Rostering experience, ideally with any rostering software such as Human Force.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills. If you speak Vietnamese this would be an advantage.
- Motivated to do your best every day.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Nil.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer service to the Forest Lake Lodge community.
- Effectively managing rosters for our staff of 150+.
- Provide administrative support including answering phones, filing and troubleshooting.
- Maintain and update software, databases and documents.
- Update social media, communications and family tours.
- Abide by the Code of Conduct.
- Stay up to date with training.
- Any other duties as required.
- Positively contribute to our plan for continuous improvement, with your feedback we make things better
