**About the Role**
This is an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Specialist to make a significant impact on the Radiology teaching programme at the University of Melbourne. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the delivery and enhancement of a coordinated Radiology programme across multiple clinical sites. You will play a crucial role in measuring and improving the quality of teaching, reviewing existing programs and tutors, and ensuring a seamless transition to a digital format. Additionally, you may have the chance to deputize for the Head of Teaching and Learning, providing valuable leadership experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in maintaining the quality and delivery of the Undergraduate and MD Radiology teaching programs.
- Contribute to the review and restructuring of Radiology teaching programs to ensure updated digital teaching and examining methods.
- Advise on and manage infrastructure changes required for the implementation of digital teaching and examining.
- Provide leadership in Radiology teaching within the University and affiliated institutions, contributing to strategic planning and policy decision making processes.
**Who We Are Looking For**
You will also have:
- A medical qualification, registrable in the state of Victoria
- Radiology specialist qualification FRANZCR or equivalent Sustained record of excellence in teaching practice and a strong record of involvement in undergraduate and postgraduate clinical education
- Commitment to the highest standards of Radiology teaching and learning with an ability to further develop student radiology teaching
- Proven contribution to academic, institutional and public life through active participation in professional associations
