As a Client Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality outcomes across multiple sites within the School Cleaning portfolio. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will lead operational success, ensuring customer expectations are exceeded while fostering a high-performance, safety-focused culture.
- As a Client Services Manager, you’ll make a positive impact by:_
- Building strong stakeholder relationships to achieve business goals
- Coaching teams to ensure sustainable service and safety performance
- Fostering continuous improvement through innovation and feedback
- Delivering operational efficiency and meeting budgeted outcomes

- To be successful in this role, you’ll have:_
- 2+ years of experience managing multi-site portfolios or services
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Leadership experience in building and mentoring high-performing teams
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Strong communication skills for collaborating across functions
- Relevant industry experience
