**Role and Responsibilities**
- Arrange and implement daily freight plan.
- Manage local truck schedules.
- Check and receive incoming goods
- Arrange and organise raw material and finished goods in warehouse
- Assign tasks and work orders to warehouse staff.
- Manage warehouse inventory and maintains database. Complete regular stocktakes.
- Coordinate and schedule the movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment of finished products.
- Manage daily flow of finished products by modifying storage space assignments.
- Confirm availability of items to be shipped by verifying inventory records
- Identify and report products that reach set sunset dates and with approval, arranges for the delivery of the product.
- Creates picking lists and delivery dockets. Monitors the return to signed dockets
- Works closely with the customer service team to resolve issues.
- Assists the Production Department with fulfillment and quality control.
- Directs forklift drivers to store goods in identified areas.
- Manually handle, repack, or restack pallets of finished product.
- Operates forklift as needed.
- Document all related activities and complete forms and reports.
- Maintain and clean carpark and loading areas
- Performs other related duties as directed.
- Ensuring premises, assets and communications are used effectively
- Utilising logistics IT to optimize shipping and transport procedures

**Qualifications and Experience**

High School Education essential. 5 years’ experience in Warehouse and Despatch essential. Experience within the printing industry an advantage.

**Preferred Skills**
- Forklift License essential (non-negotiable)
- Experience coordinating freight
- Experience supervising and coordinating staff tasks
- Good knowledge of computers
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
- Outstanding communication ability
- Excellent organisational and leaderships skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of Quote and Print system an advantage, however training is provided.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

**Experience**:

- Warehouse & Despatch: 3 years (required)
