We require an experienced local supervisor for a role within a national project builder looking after builds on the South Side of Brisbane. Reporting to the Construction Manager, this is an autonomous role for a self-motivated and organised building supervisor with a background in volume housing. We are looking for someone that has a strong local trade base.
This role will be based on site.

**Responsibility includes**:
Sourcing quality local trades
Working with local authorities, engineers, and inspectors to ensure compliance
Raising purchase orders and ensuring the costs are recorded and controlled
Scheduling
Reporting back to senior management any issues
OHS and Environment with emphasis on erosion and sediment control
To be successful in the role you will require
Excellent references
QBCC Supervisors Licence or Builders Licence
A track record with local jobs
Good understanding of the Building Code for QLD
Working knowledge of OHS
Experience using clickhomes or similar

The role comes with a full maintained vechicle.
