The HR Platforms & Governance Manager provides oversight and governance of DoT’s HR platforms including VicGov People. This position works closely with vendors and Digital Victoria to provide technical HR system support including incident management and system release management and is responsible for all change and testing activities related to the DoT portfolio. This position is also responsible for managing the relationship with the Transport Portfolio Partners (TPP’s), ensuring all services deliverables outlined through MOU and service catalogue are effectively provided.

People and Business Services is a Group in the Department of Transport and is responsible for providing business enabling people and corporate services functions, that drive a high-performance culture and to support integrated operations.

**About the Role**

The HR Platforms & Governance Manager provides oversight and governance of DoT's HR platforms including VicGov People. This position works closely with vendors and Digital Victoria to provide technical HR system support including incident management and system release management and is responsible for all change and testing activities related to the DoT portfolio. This position is also responsible for managing the relationship with the Transport Portfolio Partners (TPP's), ensuring all services deliverables outlined through MOU and service catalogue are effectively provided.

- Build and maintain strong effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and developed a sound understanding of key stakeholder needs, resulting in high levels of trust, effective outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Lead change management activities and effectively drive the adoption of new change initiatives across the portfolio
- Deliver innovative and best practice processes and system initiatives
- Provide effective leadership, people management and support to the team
- Promote and support safe, inclusive, and flexible team operations
