The Premium Relationship team are dedicated to supporting our key Financial Adviser practices at AIA Australia. Building an in-depth understanding of the practice service delivery needs, the Premium Relationship Representative will play an integral role in the relationship, proposition and service design. The Premium Relationship Representative will hold both a clear understanding and input to the set objectives jointly agreed between AIA and the practice.

The opportunity:
The Premium Relationship team are dedicated to supporting our key Financial Adviser practices at AIA Australia. Building an in-depth understanding of the practice service delivery needs, the Premium Relationship Representative will play an integral role in the relationship, proposition and service design.

As a first point of contact, this role will assist with New Business, Existing Business, Product and Process related enquiries, including administration management of new business metrics, through to deeper penetration across AIA Vitality and AIA Health.

To do this successfully you will:

- Work closely with the broader Retail teams to support the delivery of custom designed solutions that can be trialed and transitioned to the wider Premium Relationship team.
- Support other Premium Relationship Representatives through regular call monitoring, feedback, and analysis
- Build and maintain a positive and proactive relationship with our advisers. Continuously engage and educate to assist advisers with any enquiries they may have.
- Provide a high level of service for both Priority Protection & Tailored Protection products. This includes end to end case and suspense management for New Business and In Force policies.
- Retention support based on activity from advisers as a part of our Premium Service offering
- Ensuring that all advisers requests are actioned within agreed service levels and within agreed quality and efficiency benchmarks.
- Prior Risk Insurance experience with a strong focus on compliance and quality is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability working in high volume, fast paced Customer Service/Contact Centre environment.
- Proven experience working with Financial Advisers and Financial Practice staff.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Well-developed rapport building and customer engagement skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong work ethic with a high level of personal accountability
